Helium Cylinder & Regulator Bottle Hire (Size E - Approx 18-20 Balloon Fills)
FOR ALL HELIUM HIRE, IT IS RECOMMENDED TO BOOK A MINIMUM OF 7 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR TRIP TO AVOID DISAPPOINTMENT. PLEASE CONTACT THE STORE A BEFORE YOUR TRIP WITH DETAILS OF YOUR HIRE NEEDS INCLUDING THE FOLLOWING:

Helium gas also known as balloon gas is inert, non-flammable, colourless, odourless and tasteless. Useful for a range of purposes such as inflating balloons. We offer a range of helium cylinder sizes: C size (0.6m3), D size (1.2m3) & E size (3.5m3).

CONDITIONS OF HIRE:
Hirer will be charged a bond of $100 per cylinder/regulator and refunded on return of the goods. Lost or stolen cylinders/regulators will forfeit the $100 Bond and incur an additional $300 charge. Any major damage to the cylinder/regulator will come out of the Bond and additional charges may apply dependant on the damage and repair costs. It is the hirers responsibility to return the item/s in the same condition it was received, and any damage will be charged to the hirer.
1 x full tank of helium will be provided in the rental costs within the given time frame of booking. Hiring of each cylinder will include 7 days free rental with a $5 charge per additional day of hire. A late return fee of $5 will be taken out of Bond for each additional day late unless prior arrangements have been made. If the bottle has not been returned within 20 days once the $100 Bond has been exceeded, we will deem the cylinder either lost or stolen and a $300 fee will be charged. Cancellations must be made 3 business days prior to collection. Any cancellations after this, time will incur a $50 charge.
A current driver’s license or passport to be scanned before hiring each cylinder/regulator and stored for security purposes. Hirers are required to sign and date this form agreeing to “Conditions of Hire” before taking the cylinder/regulator away from the premises.
Unused helium is not refundable. Helium tank hire is excluded from Club Member Discounts and any store sales or discounts unless otherwise specified.
It is recommended that fishing specific helium balloons are used for best results when balloon fishing. See staff for advice for all questions if unsure on how to use this equipment correctly.
Helium cylinders/regulators are to be used in the manner intended and Getaway Outdoors Balcatta takes no responsibility for any damage or injury caused by the use of items once accepted by the hirer.
BOND WILL BE FORFEITED AND CREDIT CARDS DEBITED IN FULL OR IN PART IF EQUIPMENT IS RETURNED LATE, DAMAGED OR DIRTY.
