Shipping & Delivery
HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?
Delivery costs for all orders start from $16 within the Metro areas and from $22.00 to Regional areas and interstate. Delivery charges vary depending on the size and weight of your order and your chosen delivery address. For an accurate delivery quote: place the items you wish to order in your shopping cart, proceed to the checkout or Shopping Cart overview page then enter your delivery location.
Your final shipping charges will be displayed in your checkout page before you proceed to payment so that you know exactly how much shipping will be.
All prices are in Australian Dollars and freight costs are payable in addition to the product price.
Some items are not available for shipping however Click & Collect will be an option.
HOW WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?
We use a variety of couriers including but not limited to Australia Post, Pack n Send, and Fastway courier services to ship your order and therefore you must supply a street address. A residential or business address is preferred as PO Box locations are not always an option. As with most delivery services, the couriers that will deliver your order do not have a standard or set time of the day that goods are delivered. Your order will be delivered on Weekdays only from Monday to Friday and generally only during business hours 9am-5pm.
Note at this time we do not ship parcels internationally, all orders are accepted for delivery within Australia.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?
Online orders will take from 3-12 business days to arrive, depending on destination and shipping method. Metro orders are usually received within 3-5 working days and up 12 days for regional and rural areas. If you are wanting express delivery please contact the store to get a quote price ASAP. You may leave a msg in the comments section requesting a call back with a price on express.
Delivery times or unexpected delays may be subject to stock availability and Public Holidays. Should any unexpected delays occur our team will contact you to advise the situation. A team member will notify you when your order has been dispatched.
DO I NEED TO BE HOME TO RECEIVE MY DELIVERY?
Yes. As we use couriers to deliver, a signature is required at the time of delivery acceptance therefore parcels cannot be left at an unattended address. If no-one is available to sign for the parcel a card will be left and the parcel re-directed to the nearest depot. It will then be the responsibility of the receiver to collect the parcel or pay any additional re-delivery fees. We recommend all deliveries are shipped to a location that is attended during business hours.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I WISH TO RETURN MY GOODS?
If you bought the product online, and the product is defective or damaged in transit, return the product within 30 days and (provided we agree that the product is damaged or defective as outlined below) we will refund your original delivery charge or cover the costs of delivering any replacement product to you.
We will not however refund delivery charges if the item is returned simply because it is unwanted.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER DOES NOT ARRIVE IN THE ESTIMATED TIME FRAME?
