The SICUT Sheep Skinning Knife 5¼″ is a practical working knife developed for efficient sheep skinning, trimming and general meat processing. Its specialised blade profile features a rounded point and a narrower belly, providing excellent control while helping minimise the risk of accidentally piercing the hide or damaging the meat during skinning.
Manufactured from SICUT HC55, our custom blend of high carbon stainless steel. The blade provides a durable, reliable cutting edge for demanding processing tasks. Its construction combines the corrosion resistance of stainless steel with the performance required for regular meat preparation and boning work.
The natural beech wood handle provides a comfortable, secure grip and traditional appearance, making this knife a dependable everyday working tool for butchers, Farmers, BBQ enthusiasts and home cooks.

Please Note: Always recommend hand washing or rinsing in fresh water after use, then drying thoroughly before the knife is stored. Wooden handle knives are unable to be washed in a dishwasher. Do not soak wooden handles, as the wood can swell or crack.
