Icey Tek Cushion for Cooler Lids (55L or 160L Split Lid)

Please Note, We are phasing out our fabric cushions ( with the blue logo) and replacing them with high quality EVA Foam cushions. (Solid Grey Logo) The image next to each product will show what you will receive. If it has a bue logo, it will be a fabric cushion, if it is solid grey , it will be an EVA Foam with 3M Peel and stick adhesive.

EVA Cushions are 20mm thick and medium density.

Fabric Cushions are 50mm thick and low density.

Add extra insulation to the top of your cooler. The top of the cooler is where most of the heat is absorbed from the sun. Adding these cushions supercharges you cooler and makes for a comfortable seat.

Please see the table below for which cushions will fit you cooler.. The table below shows what type of cushion we have for each size. 

For 70, 90 and 115 split lids, you can buy the full cushion in the 20mm EVA Foam type. Then cut these to make the split. Just use a straight edge to cut, prior to sticking on your cooler. Then sand the cut edge with 80 Grit sandpaper on a block to tidy it up

The 55 Cushion will fit on each half of the 160 Long Box as the 160 has a split lid. So you would buy 2 x 55 Cushions for 1 x 160 Ice Box.

The 82 Cushion will fit on each half of the 260 Long Box as the 260 has a split lid. So you would buy 2 x 82 Cushions for 1 x 260 Ice Box.
