Stainless Steel Base Plate - this is an update to the mild steel plate of previous versions. Having a stainless steel plate will increase resistance to corrosion in salty environments. It is also very aesthetically pleasing, rounding out the visual appearance of the fire pit.
Rolled Panels - In updates to technology, our partners have now developed a process that relies on less welding, which at times when the fire pit is being pushed past its limits, should help the pit remain in shape as it cools. This is not a guarantee that warping will not take place in extreme heat situations, but will result in a better chance. Ideally, the size of your fire is limited to a cooking fire rather than an over the top bonfire that we are all a little guilty of having from time to time
